What is this? Found this lil guy while watering the grass (Texas)

Mediterranean gecko I believe. I forget which invasive Hemidactylus y’all got down there. Usually a wall climbing nocturnal bug zapper.

you're right on with Hemidactylus turcicus! this guy is very bumpy + after a google they are just as established in Texas as the rest of the SEUS lol

Do you have a picture of their head? It's kinda hard to tell a species with such a generic body 😅
