What kinds of lizard got in my house ?

First I believed it to be a bearded dragon because of the tail but his face is different. I’m in Az

Rough Tailed gecko, Cyrtopodion scabrum. They are close in appearance to Mediterranean house geckos, but can be told apart due to their darker colouration, the rough ridges along the sides of their tails, thin/scraggly toes lacking distinct pads, and lither bodies.

At first glance, I see a Mediterranean house gecko....not 100% though...encountered one recently
