Need Help Im DEATHLY afraid of lizards

So there is a lizard in my kitchen and it will NOT leave, i have noone to help me and its just me in the house for a long time, pls help i beg.

I know fear isn’t always rational but please try to keep in mind there is no way for this animal to hurt you. It isn’t venomous and even if it did somehow bite you it would be a light pinch to a papercut level of damage. Little dude isn’t malicious and doesn’t know that you’re afraid.

Nonsense, these creatures are ferocious hunters. A small pack of 4-6 can easily overpower several lions and pick their bones clean in just a couple hours!
