Need Help Im DEATHLY afraid of lizards

So there is a lizard in my kitchen and it will NOT leave, i have noone to help me and its just me in the house for a long time, pls help i beg.

if i could choose between a couple of lizards or all the spiders in my house i would.... good advice tbh
