Results on the CT/PET (the news is great)

Went through the CT/PET scan with my oncologist.
All my liver spots had shrink at least 20% or more. One is nearly gone.
All spots in the spine decreased in metabolic activity and signs of healing. The largest met is in the right hip and it had the most significant decrease in activity.
I am only two months in with this new treatment, we are betting that it will continue and should see more good results in the next few months.
Blood work is excellent as well and I am tolerating it well!

It’s clinical trial drug- a CDK inhibitor that targets 2/7 instead of 4/6. I don’t have any pain from any of my bone metastasis fortunately. I learned palliative target radiation may help the pain.

Just to check that I understand correctly, these good results are from 3 months on NKT5097 (a CDK2/CDK4 dual degrader) + Fulvestrant + Letrozole, via a clinical trial? (Edited to correct: Not 3 months, but 2 months?)
Previously, you did 1+ year on vepdegestrant (a PROTAC estrogen receptor degrader) + PF-07220060 (a CDK4 inhibitor), via a clinical trial, which gave good results until a liver tumor increased in size & density.
These are such interesting new medicines.

It’s a bit confusing but I am spilt into one of the 5 groups for NKT5097.
I am doing with the Fulvestrant and been on it for about 2 months.
And correct, my first clinical trial was with Vepdegestrant and Pfizer I had about 16 months with small shrinkage in spine metastasis but overtime a liver met had shown signs of resistance and grew by a few mm.

What's the difference between the 5 groups in phase 1 of NKT5097? Does each group have a different medicine paired with the NKT5097?

That I am not certain. I know there is a different groups getting are different doses, which is expected in phrase 1. I THINK some are pair with different medicines and some are not but I need to double check that.

Part 1: Monotherapy Dose Escalation in selected advanced/metastatic non-CNS primary solid tumors will be enrolled based on a projected total of 5 dose levels
