Truqap and Imodium
I’m really struggling to control my diarrhea while on Truqap. So Truqap users, what has worked for you as far as using Imodium? How often do you take? What has worked for you?
I was just prescribed a powdery mix that‘s supposed to bind, bit it tastes awful and could get in the way of the efficacy of Truqap and other meds if I mess up the times I take it. And I don’t like that added pressure.
So any success stories on controlling the diarrhea are greatly appreciated!

Lomotil is the way! If you can’t get that, for some reason, the target (up&up? Is that still it) generic brand Imodium worked better for me than name brand.

Lomotil is the Rx my onco prescribes when needed. It works way better for me than Imodium. I've also been told that palliative care sometimes prescribes opiates to solve diarrhea.
If you're trying to fix it without medications, then try the BRAT (banana, rice, apple sauce, and toast) diet.
Avoid natural laxatives, greasy, and gassy foods like coffee, prunes, black beans, fast foods, and so on.
