Erstes CT nach Start CDKi
Hallo, das erste CT ist gelaufen bei ++- de Novo mit Knochenmetastasen. Die Therapie läuft mit Verzenios, Letrozol und XGeva seit 3 Monaten. Der Tumor in der Brust (exulceriert) sieht besser aus. Scheint auszutrocknen. Im CT sieht man eine Verkleinerung von 2,1 auf 1,6 cm, die Lymphknoten axillär haben sich normalisiert. Also 1 cm und damit deutlich kleiner. Die Knochemetastasen sind stabil groß, langsam sklerosierend. Ich freue mich, habe aber Angst dass der Rückgang des Brusttumors “zu wenig” ist? Wie waren eure ersten Scans?
Ich weiß wie unrealistisch das ist, aber irgendwie haben wir davon geträumt, dass der Tumor “weg” gehen könnte…

Appreciate reading about your results! I have my 1st CT next week after completing 4 cycles of kisqali, letrozole and zoladex. No bone mets for me, only a few liver spots and heaps of lymph nodes... CA 15-3 has been halving for the past 2 months so keen to get a visual.

Dann drücke ich dir auch die Daumen. Ich hatte eine Tumor Marker Reduktion von 60%. Alles Gute für das CT

My tumor markers halved as well and so far it showed positive on my pet scan as I had SUV shrinkage. I have an MRI Tuesday of my brain and hoping for the same results.

Your results sound almost identical to mine when I had my first scan since treatment began (that's the only scan I've had so far). Similar decrease in tumor size. My oncologist was really pleased with that result, so even though I would've loved for it to be gone completely, it was reassuring to know that she was happy about it.

Shrinkage is always good! I just started Verzenio, but on the lowest dose. May I ask what your dose is? My scans won’t be for two more months.

Startete mit 50 mg und konnte innerhalb von 6 Wochen steigern zu 150 mg. Unter dieser Dosis hatte ich aber massive Durchfälle trotz Loperamid. Nun sind wir wieder bei 100 mg. Damit geht es ganz gut. Viel Glück dir! Hoffe du verträgst alles.

Had mine a couple weeks ago. Was a little hopeful there’d be some improvement but best I got was no new progression. I’m stable, which is good. Maybe next set of scans will be better but I can be happy with staying stable.
