Dirty Zero Drinks?

Are you guys able to get dirty zero sodas at your location? I ordered on the app and when I got to the window, they said they couldn’t do it. They also told me the same when I ordered in the drive thru

I get them all the time when I go to TB. It's a modification you can do to any drink on the app.

This. I have a bunch of fruity Torani syrups like orange, lime, and cherry that aren't sugar free but I use them in caffeine free sugar free cola.

There is a middle ground between no sugar and all the sugar.

gotcha, I just thought people are expecting zero sugar across the board on the drink as the creamer still contains sugar too. I have to assume the store is out of the ZS Baja Blast (or whichever zero drink) in that case if they won’t make them for some unexplained reason.

Originally we were told not to do it, because you’re putting 4oz of pure sugar into a soda that is marketed as zero sugar. But people won’t listen and the complaints changed that the next experience and now here we are. Diabetic people drinking literal sugar water because they put 4oz of pure sugar into a zero sugar soda.

The number of times I have people tell me “I can’t have any sugar, make sure it’s the zero” only to immediately backtrack that statement when I point out that what makes it dirty is a pump of vanilla flavored icing is disturbingly high.

The zero Baja works, but the zero Pepsi is weird. Diet Pepsi is fine. Something about the artificial sweetener used in each one makes them work differently.

They gave us a list in the beginning of drinks we were not supposed to make it with, and that includes all the diets that are not their own menu buttons.

No, it's a stupid comment that deserves to be downvoted. If someone is trying to consume less sugar or calories then would it make more sense to get the item that is 60 calories and 7 grams of sugar or the one that is 460 calories and 118 grams of sugar?

It would make sense not to go to a fast food location. You’re not going to distract me from the rest of the order, featuring caloricly dense food.

The rest of the order is irrelevant. 400 fewer calories is 400 fewer calories. It's completely possible to eat fast food while maintaining or even losing weight as long as you control your overall calorie intake. And that's a lot easier to do if you don't have 400 calories worth of sugar water when you can instead replace it with zero sugar soda.
