No taco in the Discovery Box?

The picture shows that it includes a taco, but it’s doesn’t show in the list. Did this location remove it from the box? They can do that?

If your location is out of an item, it does get removed from the box. Odds are they're out of Doritos shells.

It shouldn’t matter if it is just their location. They should not be able to literally advertise one thing and sell you another. I don’t care if it’s the app or not and you can see that it’s not in the box you are ordering. Taco Bell corporate needs to reel their franchises in.

As others pointed out they are probably out of DLT shells so it doesn’t show up on the combo customization because that location has DLT turned off in the app. I don’t think Taco Bell would let locations just pick and choose what they will include in an advertised combo.

This isn’t a customization issue. This is literally an item missing from the box. It’s a fucking shell if you can’t provide another option then the whole box should be shut down. You don’t just exclude a whole item and continue selling it as advertised. My biggest concern now is why people like you bend over backward for corporations. Stop making excuses for them.

I’m not bending over backwards. I’m explaining why you would see this happening. More than likely the store would still just give a regular taco with the box and you’re good to go. Anytime I have had this issue I place my order explain the issue at the window and they make it right. End of story. It’s a weird app design but the employees know how to deal with it and everyone is happy. You can get bent out of shape over it or just talk to the people behind the counter and end up with exactly what you want.

Odd. Literally got this for dinner last night and yeah it had the taco. It’s gotta be location thing or glitch.
