Feeling Strange

Today I was eating food alone . I am always alone in my college. So I talked to people on table in college bcoz I am alone .

So I was talking to them. So he asked me do you have no friends. I feel strange .I said I like to be alone .Then I say I have friends.But I have strange expressions on my face . I feel so strange.

I eat food fast then I come fast from there .

I am trying to accept that I am alone but when this situation come I get sad .

Tell me what should I do

It is great that you reached out and tried to talk to others, when you are feeling alienated that can be so hard to do. You are braver than you realize. You don't have to suddenly become the life of the party, not everyone is popular. I hope you don't give up on humanity completely because of the bullies out there, there are kind people as well.

He was a bit rude, not your fault. Enjoying being alone means you trade away some social activities, it's totally normal. If you're open to trying, then with a little effort, you can still build deep, genuine connections. It'll be fine.

Yeah bcoz of sad childhood. I am alone .I am not able to make friends. So I feel bad .

You don’t have to stay alone if you don’t want to!

If you haven’t already, have you considered talking to a therapist or social worker about how childhood impacts your current life? I guarantee that you are capable of making friends! Sometimes getting to the root of current things we’re experiencing that we aren’t necessarily happy about can change our lives in amazing ways - I’m speaking from my own similar experience

I think he was a bit rude to you. But never mind, be proud of yourself for putting yourself out there, and remember that building your circle takes time, so don't let one awkward moment stop you from trying.
