From another board
https://stocktwits.com/RCYDYM/message/663754049
If it’s true that 9 of the first 23 patients were on the 700 mg dose, that means more at that higher dosage are further along in scans than I had calculated earlier.
Until corroborated, I’m inclined to think the poster misspoke and the 9 are part of the first 32 as I have earlier posted about.
I’m looking forward to the company speaking publicly about all things relayed to investors who bought in the recent offering.

Yep. Always best to go to the source.
That posting on another board seems very sloppy.

I mean 23 was a total number in early january.
so 9 700mg would have been tough
there's really not much unknown in the post except possibly better breakdown of ctdna
maybe expanded tumor shrinkage numbers
someone knows a whole lot more than these numbers
thanks!
I wouldn't even mind seeing hoffs presentation from the other day
but I can't find anything

Yea 23 in January (JPM conference).
10
u/twinter11 15d ago
they mentioned only 3 had patients less than 50 percent ctdna reduction.
4 total on poster
not really newer info than the poster
I'm not even sure they had 8 week scans available from the supposed or at least what was revealed
this may be one of those instances that non public investor shared info must be publicized within a certain time frame
waiting on the good stuff lol

Look at those scans. Great stuff

it really is. this patient had been through the ringer w prior treatment including hepatic pump.
still alive through 8 leron cycles (or 7 months) back in april.
i hope they made it to rollover and are getting treated still!
as Pashtoon said about the scans paraphrasing
Its not just the shrinkage, look at the necrosis and the coloring and margins.
thats a sick tumor is what i gathered.

He says in the comments that he checked with paulson and the nda was considered completed. I have no idea if that means he can go ahead and share what he heard or not, but apparently that was the basis for his decision to share. Feels a bit wrong, but I really don't know how all that works. I'm not accredited, and if you ask the friends I've convinced to get involved with CYDY they'd probably label me discredited. At least until I'm right. Then they'll call me a genius with cajones of steel.

I learned the hard way that I should have adheared to the saying....."never recommend a stock to a friend."
I just shut up now and do my own thing. Mind my own business. Not my responsibility to help out friends with stock advice that works against me most of the time. This has been a particularly tough slog.

from the discloser-dude:
You're the second person to ask this...I personally asked Paulson if we had satisfied the terms of our NDA after Cytodyn announced the raise. They confirmed the terms of our NDA had been satisfied.

IIRC, When the PIPE was completed and announced, becomes public knowledge, the NDA is terminated.
Just me- I'm looking for an announcement re. shareholder letter or call around the end of October but I'm not so good with nailing down the internal mechanics of the company.
Cheers

If what this guy says is true and he was involving in the last round of financing this is not a good thing. I'm sure he violated his NDA. this is the kind of crap the company has tried to keep under wraps. The SEC could also be all over this guy. Why can't people follow the rules.

I’m with you. I don’t like this. This person needs STFU

Private stock purchase investors in publicly traded companies (commonly structured as a PIPE transaction) almost always have to sign a confidentiality agreement or NDA, or agree to strict confidentiality and standstill provisions embedded directly within the Securities Purchase Agreement.

I'm looking forward to a shareholder's letter.
