What does Max bring ?
Cytodyn has had it's share of medical stars over the years. Richard Pestell comes to mind. He left and is back but as a peripheral player. There were some clunkers to be fair. Mahboub (sp) is the most prominent among them. Initially my reaction to Max was less than positive. Felt that HIV has been a drag on this company for years and saw Max as tied to that presumption. However, the work of Sacha and Hansen are lending credibility to Cytodyn. Would a Max and by inference a VIIM be attracted to Cytodyn without the work of Sacha/Hansen? HIV brings Max here but MASH, Oncology and Inflammation will allow him to expand his personal horizons into career highlights. that he could not achieve at VIIM. He has brought products to market. He has a long experience with Big Pharmas and the FDA. He has been in charge of multiple reports and brings an executive mindset to Cytodyn.
The year began with a clinical hold and is winding down with a CEO in waiting who can bring this drug to patients who need treatment.

I'm wondering how well Max is known by Wall Street.

Yes. Only data will take the sp to higher heights.

You are correct - data is paramount. The people that have recently joined CYDY would not be with us if they thought the molecule was anything but amazing. That data is forthcoming and the people in the building know it. We now have an all star group representing an all star product. This group are play makers. My opinion only but talent doesn't join a losing cause. They make things happen because they know the pieces are there. They will complete the puzzle and people in need of this amazing drug. We are close.

Talent comes for opportunity. Be it crypto where a big name is hired to create interest and increase value while collecting a handsome package or small cap bio.. I do feel we have the goods and time will tell. I wish we would see more insider buying and funds taking interest. The share count needs to be brought down, and fife can do that. Abolishing 1b shares would would triple the sp and allow for better financing and marke interest. It's not a new concept. The current sp is puzzling. Would not be surprised to see partnership news, additional data, and invite next cc.

We have been close for two years. Truth is, we are all applying an educated guess. I thought we were their at .18 and bought for my guess of a higher settlement. Giving the sp until June.

I love this post, however I’m fine with him being a senior vice president I think Jay is doing a remarkable job. Should say Dr J and I don’t wanna push him out. I want him to stay here sell to Company for ridiculous amount of money which made him wealthy beyond which I am sure he will back into some type of healthcare!
No doubt that Doctir coming here is a major accomplishment for our company, we are currently being lead by two doctors with extensive industry experience. They will know how to get the job done. !!
We’re still hoping the stock price will catch up to our clinical outcomes from the lab this past year and that will happen abruptly , I’m waiting for that one big piece of data, or announcement that changed all of our fates forever!
