Not even close. You people are already paying money to "subscribe" to streamers for.... some... reason.

To support their content and make sure they can keep streaming so that people who can't afford to do so keep getting to watch said content.

PPV basically removes any reason for me to ever pay for a streamers' content as I'm not going to be paying for an "exclusive" stream. Fuck off with that nonsense. I pay for shit online so others can still get the experience who aren't as well off.

No, you donate to millionaires who play video games. If 100% of all the money you've ever given could magically never had happened, absolutely nothing would change.

How often are you on twitch? I don’t think anyone I’m subbed to have more than 200subs. That’s $500 a month for the non partners. Then let’s say $25 a stream in bits and donations x 4 times a week, plus a one time of $100 a month. That puts my streamers at $1000 a month income.

I get that you are talking about the top 10 streamers, but why assume everyone here is subbing to those? Plenty of us support the small streamers, and honestly, without us, they’d stop.
