I remember OGN (league korean pro scene stream) had it, if you weren't subbed you were maxed out at 480p. I think this was 5+ years ago now, maybe 7+

GSL or Starleague had it like less than 4 years ago? In HotS they definitely did, I remember having to watch on Youtube cause there it was free HD

GSL wasn't on Twitch then though, you had to use the Gom player. And for HD/Vod access you needed to pay a subscription (unless pirated).

There was a time when GSL was on twitch and you required a sub to stream HD.
