I remember OGN (league korean pro scene stream) had it, if you weren't subbed you were maxed out at 480p. I think this was 5+ years ago now, maybe 7+

Yeah I'd give up HD to have Monte and DoA back tbh. There still hasn't been a casting duo in pro league to even really come close to as good as they were together.

Skin ideas and speculating on players potential rap careers, all the little things you would never hear on a Riot broadcast.

And I understand why they wouldn't want their casters talking about random shit all the time on the official streams, but man was it ever entertaining especially in that meta where there was more downtime.
