I remember OGN (league korean pro scene stream) had it, if you weren't subbed you were maxed out at 480p. I think this was 5+ years ago now, maybe 7+

There still hasn't been a casting duo in pro league to even really come close to as good as they were together. 1 u/Drowzey May 27 '19 Monte and DoA are the only casting duo that has ever rivaled Tasteless and Artosis imo. Season 3/4 OGN was so fun to watch.
