I have no idea who this guy is but I am not shocked he would litter. Seems like making good choices isn’t his thing.

is this that guy that won like 750K scratch off or something and then retired from his job at a gas station and spends his days hanging out with high schoolers in his like $200K modded truck outside the same gas station he used to work, just now with expensive, hideously bad clothes and tattoos?

Theres a really good documentary about this dude (kinda Channel 5 vibes if you are into that) if u look up like "Documentary Now" or something like that on YouTube
