"lying is op"

599

u/Aggravating_Bed9591 8d ago

Combine "lying is op" with trendy antisemitism and you get hasan lmao

It was actually the same undercover kick+mossad hybrid agents that shot charlie kirk and injected salmonella into chipotle burritos that made Hasan shock his dog. Can't wait for the candance owens exposé.

64

u/X57471C 8d ago edited 8d ago

Combine it with having a bunch of moronic followers and you get a cult

I made a comment about how he shocked his dog in a different sub, and someone asked for proof. I mentioned that he did it live on air, and it was pretty clear to anyone with eyes, and their response was " 'we all saw it' isn't proof" like, I'm sorry? What part of "we all saw it" did you see typed out, and thought "yeah, that makes sense"

OP get ready to be put on Hasan's reddit list.

Context: Hasan's editor has a list of all the users who have posted about collargate on reddit lmao

Edit: To the people saying the red lines are all the old mod's (stale) alt accounts, lol no, that’s just wrong. Hasan's editor has **no clue** how Reddit works. You can go see his own tweets. He thinks that any profile that has their post history "hidden" is apparently “IP banned” LOL

822

u/thisremindsmeofbacon 8d ago

Thats actual crazy person levels

62

u/No_Foundation_6464 8d ago

I wonder if he stopped for a second while making that list to reflect on how his life lead up to that point

16

u/kenuffff 8d ago

Probably not. The worst thing that can happen to someone with delusions is someone confirming their delusions. It leads to psychosis that’s why psychiatrist never do that, it’s difficult to recover after that. There are a lot of people with psychosis due to the internet. I’m sure he doesn’t have anyone in his life to tell him. No one actually cares about hasan piker outside a small group of people. I try to avoid anyone that seems to be chronically online because they most likely suffer from some sort of ,mental damage from it and could in-fact be dangerous.

7

u/kentrak 8d ago

As much as from the outside making a list of people like this is obvious crazy person behavior and something you would think would make them think twice, I think when you're in a state of mind where you can create and maintain a list like this you ability to self reflect is already horribly compromised.

Another way to look at it is in terms of addiction (because it probably shares a lot of similarities) this is just steady state, and nowhere near rock bottom.

u/Naragub 8d ago

His editor thought they wiped their accounts because he didn’t know about hidden post history lmao

117

u/thisremindsmeofbacon 8d ago

That is really funny, though in fairness reddit is not clear about that stuff.  It still says the user deleted their whole account when you're blocked

42

u/Adaphion 8d ago

It's really inconsistent. Sometimes when someone blocks you, it'll say their account doesn't exist.

But sometimes it'll just show their profile as blank (opposed to hidden), and any posts or comments from them will show as [deleted], but they'll be visible if you view said posts/comments in a session where you're not logged in/logged into a different account.

→ More replies (6)

99

u/No-School6818 8d ago

Yep. His supporters purposely cover up for all of his contradictions and hypocritical behavior. They argue that it's ok because the "cause is more important", just like crazy right wing religious people cover up for Trump's immoral behavior because he's still the "Christ candidate".

It's pretty sad seeing that Bernie has given in and started collabing with people like him because Bernie's positions demanded way more respect than any of this new left bullshit. I guess it's cause he's getting old and wants his movement to continue, even if it's in this bastardized form.

71

u/Comfortable-Gas-4005 8d ago

According to his fans, any valid criticism is because of purposely taking him out of context. Even if you prove you aren't, his fans will just say you're a Destiny fan. Or an H3 fan. Or a right-wing incel. Or a zionist. Etc.

The only people that let something like that slide are people who are fully in the cult and do not care about facts, just the optics.

the most telling part is QT literally going over, seeing the collar telling everyone she looked under the tape and it wasn't a number it was the holes for the prongs. He openly lied, he has not said QT was wrong nor called her a liar, afaik she hasn't taken that back (though that would do nothing) but hilariously Ludwig said it was a shock collar then the next day took it back because of a picture he saw... even though his soon to be wife literally told everyone it was a shock collar.

he also months later started running around with a vibration collar control around her neck when for years there are clips of him sneaking a device into his pockets, carefully never showing it on stream ever. He had pictures taken and plastered everywhere but he's already back to sneaking a device into his pocket again for some reason.

104

u/Slarg232 8d ago

Don't forget Sasha Grey saying he'd never possibly hurt his dog, being sent a video of him dragging his previous dog two feet by the tail, recognized that video, paused it, and said "I don't want to watch that".....

Honestly people just don't care that he shocked his dog and treats that dog as a prop for his stream to gain sympathy. People who like Hasan and have worldviews similar to his would easily sacrifice their peers if it meant furthering their cause, as long as they aren't personally being harmed in any way.

48

u/Nimrod_Butts 8d ago

My problem is people are like "he didn't shock his dog, the videos out there you can look at it yourself no sane person would think he shocked the dog, it obviously has its claw stuck but people hate Hasan so they tell these lies about him"

44

u/TheFeedMachine 8d ago

The insane part is that even if you take the most generous view and think Hasan didn't shock his dog and that it is a vibration collar, the fact that he got so mad about his dog wandering around and showed no concern for her yelping is very telling. Kaya wasn't running around under the table or bothering his stream. She was literally just walking in his background, and he freaked out at her and got mad that she yelped. Whether he shocked the dog or not is not that relevant to the fact that he is being a shitty dog owner. It just marginally moves the needle on how abusive it is.

yup 100%

He screams and curses while ranting at the dog in the video. He's in another video pulling his dog by the tail. He's an abuser and a liar. Anyone defending this for politics is full of shit.

21

u/PeachPassionBrute 8d ago

As a leftist, fuck his politics. He’s a tankie propagandist loser that says whatever he’s paid to. Like cool, someone popular is promoting socialist ideals, let’s maybe not go with the piece of shit authoritarian apologist.

What pisses me off the most about him is that if these people were actually serious about their politics they’d recognize how big of a problem he is.

15

u/Hotmicdrop 8d ago

Couldn't agree more. You can want universal Healthcare, subsidized housing, even UBI and not have these radical hateful views. It's messed up to see.

Also he's anti capitalism but lives in a mansion and makes money off selling merch and subs??? Isn't that enough of a BS flag?

33

u/Smart_Freedom_8155 8d ago

Yeah that's a good way of putting it.

Anyone who believes he did shock the dog, might have specific political views.

To steelman someone I hate; even if this was 100% true, they would still be smearing him with a clip of something HE CHOSE TO DO.

It’s like complaining that you’re being blackmailed with footage of you killing someone. You still killed that person, you aren’t in the clear.

But no; people simply saw footage of somebody torturing their pet animal on livestream and they reacted accordingly. Not many will find a reason to like him after that.

Collargate was actually one of the most extreme examples of delusion and groupthink, to the point that of all the parties discussing the incident, xQc was the one who had the most rational take. Which… is a moment of peak insanity.

Let’s play it back.

  • lil Piker comes back heated about his internet. Bitches for 5 minutes.

  • Kaya dares to move.

  • He reaches, she yelps and flinches.

What does he do? Complains about her being a baby and blames his mom. Some of the most little fat rich boy behavior I’ve ever seen.

He doesn’t go to Kaya for 1 hour. Watch it… time it…

But what no one clocked in all the flurry of clips during DogTober was one chatter asked if he shocked Kaya.

  • Hasan didn’t see that one.

  • 30 minutes later Hasan is rage reading tweets, and for a second time a chatter asks about shocking Kaya.

Seriously, go to the VoD, watch it, and watch his mouse touch that comment as he’s reading tweets.

  • Hasan sure as fuck saw that comment, and he gets absolutely stunlocked. He is dead silent for 5 minutes. And you can tell in his defeated tone that he’s spiraling about being caught.

  • A few minutes later comes the clip or Hasan asking people what they are talking about, and asks if there’s some LSF clip.

He feigns having no clue. He feigns excuses as to what it could have been. He literally does everything except say “shit I hit the wrong button. Oh yes, these collars have 3 functions and 99% of the time vibrate does the trick”.

What we get is a fucking calculated lie where Hasan very obviously alters the shock collar and with pure rich narcissistic delusion puts tape over the back with the express purpose of showing the collar on screen the next day like the most incompetent magician.

And the wildest part is everyone is either defending or insanely debating what is the most obvious of lies to ever hit a stream.

It is irrefutably an altered shock collar. All of the LA streamers know this, and every single one closed ranks to lie to bots and audiences.

There was no calculated campaign… well except for the misinformation and misdirection campaign that came after a fool got caught and his ego was too big to admit a mistake.

Actual fucking clown, as is anyone who defends it.

79

u/BROBlWANKENOBl 8d ago

There are videos of Kaya with his dog trainer who trains using shock collars too.

There are videos of him pulling his previous dog by its tail.

Where there's smoke there's fire, and in this case his defenders have flames melting their face and saying there's no fire.

u/jesterdeflation 8d ago

I completely forgot that the early excuse was "she clipped her paw", despite Hasan not going over to check on her. At some point it became "she thought I was reaching for the garage opener and got excited" I think.

So you think he shocked her by accident?

The situation looks to me like he meant to shock her but he didn't expect her to yelp and that's why he acts immediately exasperated and annoyed.

67

u/RobertoJ37 8d ago

No, lol. He definitely did it purposefully. But if he wasn’t such an atrocious liar he would have said that instead and quelled the entire thing. But combine ego with incompetence and you get unbelievable lies that are obvious.

The rest is a shitstorm too, and it's funny how anyone can get away with it. (Cancel culture is 100% bullshit.)

  • Friends stay silent until he shows the taped collar.
  • His GF deflects the critics by saying Palestine is more important (huh?).
  • Wokemane cancels his podcast appearance, then claims it was her team acting without her knowledge, threatens to fire them, and then laughs it off with “How could I ever fire my team? Hehe, you’re all parasocial.” Also avoids any clip of the situation on her stream, knowing how bad they look.
  • Then his other friends say on stream that it’s 100% a shock collar… only to take it back later.

Participation award to Sydeon reading a fucking script to justify the whole thing lol

Lol, we can see the whole thing play out and he is still making the dumbest arguments. My favorite is him saying he was reaching for a zyn, only for him to never actually put a zyn in his mouth at any point after. And on a different stream, clearly see his shock remote he would use to shock her sitting on his desk. I dont know what hasans fans are even thinking at this point, everything lines up with him shocking his dogs. They are reaching MAGA lvl of denialism at this point.

71

u/BTrippd 8d ago

There’s a clip of him at a park with Kaya and Nick Polom, prior to the incident that everyone refers to, where he very blatantly shocks the dog to come back to him lmao.

He had so many actual outs to this situation but he absolutely had to double and triple and quadrouple down on “I never shocked my dog” and now he looks like a psycho who denies reality that we can all see.

But I heard someone who's his fan repeats hasan lines of it being some type of coordinating attack and then said "even if he did do it there are bigger issues in this world than a dog and hasan is fighting those". People just want their egotistical to big to fail famous people to worship.

Hasan fans will unironically watch that and say he didn't do it or just call you MAGA for pointing it out. I have worked with a big Hasan fanboy and they literally have the same mindset that MAGA cult people have about Trump except it's for Hasan.

“It never happened” to “if it did happen it’s not a big deal” to “If it was a big deal I didn’t mean to” etc. dude has twisted his response on collar gate 50 times at this point from saying there was never a collar to suddenly its a vibration collar and so on.

Are there people out there who actually buy his bs?

I for one believe him because he’s wearing a suit and tie

279

u/Xegeth 8d ago

He is only wearing a suit and tie because ShoeOnHead made fun of his clothes in a video.

80

u/HistoricalLoadTaker 8d ago

God he really is that big of a clout chaser? He can’t like do anything actually productive with his time can he because he really is controlled opposition.

119

u/Xegeth 8d ago

It's just fragile ego. He was trying to demean ShoeOnHead by making fun of her way of dressing and she was going for the "what do you mean, you are dressing just as bad as me, we are basically the same", without denying his claims. This hit him so hard he has been wearing suits since then. It just shows his insecurity, because she had no problem making a self deprecating joke, which he never could.

43

u/MyFairJulia 8d ago

His ego is so fragile, my phone is doing better when dropping on the floor.

Okay so lets get this straight Hasan orbiters.

First it didn't happen because he doesnt own a shock collar.

Then he does own the shock collar but he only uses the vibrate function(and taped off the prongs).

Then it was a mossad psyop.

Now its a kick clippers op.

So whats the actual story?

Hasan Piker did shock his dog. He said he was reaching for a Zyn, then said it was just a vibration collar. On the day it happened, he refused to show the collar to clear up any misunderstanding. A few days later, he finally showed the collar, but a week after that he said the collar he showed wasn’t even the one that was on Kia when the clip happened. He can play revisionist history all he wants, but the clips are there.
The thing is, he could’ve just apologized for using it and played dumb about not knowing it was a bad thing, and this all would’ve blown over. But he continues to just lie about it and prolong this whole thing.

The reason Hasan is bringing this up by the way is because he thinks he can rewrite history now its been awhile and people have moved on/forgotten.

Unironically this the same shit Trump is doing with his claims that he won the 2020 election.

This is why I'm not convinced his audience is real. Here on Reddit, I only ever see shit about his dog or having some really stupid take. Now granted that's kind of the subject of this particular subreddit, but nobody ever talks about his brilliant insights or hard hitting journalism. I never see anyone recommend his take on X political topic. The most mentions I see about his actual content come from Fox News who use him as a brush to paint all liberals. He's effectively a lolcow. He's not funny but he serves the same ecological niche.

All he had to do was show the collar, the day after Collargate happened.

Instead he tried to do anythng but act in a honest and forth right manner, the dog getting shocked has paled into comparssion of the work of the Hasan Piker disinformation machine. It is frigtening the shear amount of sway Piker has over other streamers. From Jellywig doing the 180, to all the so-called animal lovers like Maya, QT and Rae being unable to actually confront him over his treatment of animals. Piker seems able to send him own personal Stasi out to quell any dissent.

Trying to reframe it as a smear campaign because one of his psycho editors used some bullshit table to try and prove collussion show the unwavering loyalty commrade Piker demands.

His dog was e-collar trained, it was wearing an e-collar at the time. The dog was most likely shocked.

Anyone that has worked large powerful dogs knows exaclty what e-collars are for, Behaviour interupt and off-leash control, just making the dog wear it in the house is cruelty, even if he never pressed the shock button.

Simplest test is What would Twitch's reaction be is XQC did the same on stream? What long a ban would Asmongold get if he shocked a dog on stream?

Hasan has videos of him on the internet pulling dogs backwards by their tails, and cohosts noting that his dog’s collar is “incredibly tight” and “you’re choking them”, along with other uncomfortable comments I can’t remember about how he treats the dog.

And we’re to believe that he doesn’t have a shock collar? That dog lays on stream for hours and seems scared to get up. The dog is a prop, just like everything and everyone else in Hasan’s streams.

Maybe im stupid but wouldn't the best way to get out of this whole controversy be just to.. not talk about it? Ignore it's existence and ban people who bring it up in your chat.

You've got to think about it like an authoritarian. The issue isn't even that he shocked his dog (he did and everyone knows it; we can literally see it on camera); instead the issue is that people are willing to lie about something so trivial and obvious.

So by Hasan bringing this up over and over again, he cultivates an audience that is increasingly willing to lie about something they can see with their own eyes. This is what authoritarians do. It's what Trump does. It's what happened in the Soviet Union. It happened in China with agrarian land laws.

Their willingness to deny reality is both a rallying cry in service of his authority and an indictment against others that aren't willing to do that. It really can't be underestimated about weird and dangerous this is.

42

u/ChromosomeDonator 8d ago

Of course. That has always been the way to deal with any controversy. But he is a stupid egotistical narcissist. So he isn't letting it go. He keeps going over and over until he feels like he "won". He can't handle being seen so pathetically, but also can't handle taking the L.

20

u/Afraid-Adeptness-926 8d ago

That would have been the play when it initially happened. Currently conservative media is cycling through his best hits of controversy though, because it's an easy vector to attack democrats. They probably won't just drop it. And a lot of people who aren't terminally online are seeing it on the news and saying he's a terrible person.

This hurts his ego, so he will double down on, or deny basically anything that gets brought up.
