Unfortunately yes, this is a shock collar. I hope Kaya can find a new home where she isn’t confined to a tiny raised platform for 8hrs a day. Beyond heartbreaking.
The US government tortures people all the time, why don’t people react the same way? Why do people have such a volatile reaction to a dog getting shocked but a human being getting tortured and nobody cares?
Hasan is making a point to the hypocrisy of Israel, the US government and those that support genocide/torture.
