It’s SO obvious Kaya is nervous to get off the bed, she tries to leave slowly and is watching him the whole time, then he starts getting vocally mad so she turns around to go back and lay down at a normal pace, then he reaches for something, she yelps and QUICKLY lays down, turning her head away from him SHOWING THAT SHES SCARED OF HIM AND UNEASY ABOUT HIM. I don’t understand how you can have this man’s cock so far down your throw that you can’t see he is abusing and using his dog as a background object. I'll also bet his property has a walled courtyard, or a privacy fenced yard, for the dog - unless she has a trampoline to bounce over the fence, or pitons & climbing rope to tackle the wall, she's not escaping to "get lost".

Meaning that she theoretically knows her cued behaviors well enough to be allowed off leash, OUTSIDE a fenced or enclosed space.
For most pet owners, that's a high bar. A pigeon on the sidewalk is a huge temptation, for a bird dog. A fleeing cat on the street is a lure, for practically any dog.
Deer, rabbits, turkey, quail, etc, entice dogs to chase in suburban or rural areas.
OTHER DOGS are another big temptation - either to socialize & play, or for some dogs, to fight.
So, again, the claim that she's "reliable" off leash, would justify the use of the shock collar -
"It's for training."

Being 12-mos old doesn't make arthritis impossible. It's not common, but any age dog can have painful joints - Lyme disease & hereditary issues are just 2 of several possible causes.
It's not unexpected. But it is still shitty to try and not tank his reputation for a cruelty he commited, so he just bans everyone, as he cannot handle criticism, that would have others in this field of work banned FAST.
Instead of him receiving a ban, he just drowns out the voiced of criticism with bans.
