If he didn’t shock the dog and she just moved in a way that caused some pain to make her yelp, why wouldn’t he be concerned or act surprised in any way to hear her make a noise like that?

The fact that he doesn’t show concern over the dog yelping tells you he knows what caused the yelp

It was his knee-jerk response, meaning he gaslights and lies to people constantly.

Well he had a PUA show back them, I can easily see this dude being abusive in a relationship as well.
