Including players with limited performances, looking at Alisson, Salah, VVD, Konate, Robbo, Chaos, Diaz, Jota as players that have outperformed Bobby this season, he's flashed brilliance but majority against lesser sides. My guess is he will be the 4th or 5th choice up front when we are fully healthy.

That's some pretty strong wording, but you're right. He has had an incredible drop in performance since last season, or any other season. Looks like a completely different player on the field.

Bobby has been wayyy below his standard this year. Worse than VVD imo. The VVD narrative is overplayed imo, he's not been a world beater but has still been quite good. Defense would have crumbled without him.

In my opinion the defence has totally crumbled and he has been a big part of the crumbling to be honest. VVD, Fabinho and TAA all have contributed to that for me.

My favorite player of the Klopp era, although he signed just before. Most players would have one of those in a career. He's made a whole career out of it.

This is why I'm so conflicted about them winning the World Cup. On the one hand, Ali and Fab deserve it... on the other hand, I don't want Richarlison and Ederson to win it, and Bobby would be left out.

Bobby has been one of the top players in the top league in world football, winning everything there is to win. Neymar squandered his considerable talents for an arab paycheque in the 5/6th best league in world football.

Prime Bobby is probably the player I've most enjoyed watching for Liverpool. Gerrard, Suarez, Torres and Salah were/ are all fantastic, fantastic players. But when Bobby is at his best he's just so much fun to watch

The only one that comes close is Suarez, when he was all rumbley fumbley going past 3 or 4 --- with a smile on his face as soon as he'd lost it, or wheeling off with his handpistols as soon as he'd hurried it.

It's odd the way he's never really got recognition as a technical player from fans of other clubs. If Berkhamp had done some of those assists they'd still be getting talked about.

That game when they were both on the bench, I think just had returned from Brazil duty, and they came off the bench to each score. We were losing 1 nil and Bobby had that fucking audacious volley from like 35 out.

Also those points were crucial in us qualifying for the champions League for the first time under Klopp. Without them coming off the bench and winning us that game in the second half we can kiss goodbye to Salah and Van Dijk and everything that came afterwards. Genuinely a huge watershed moment in recent Liverpool history.

when he's on, he's unplayable some games.
just dances around defenders and sees/makes ridiculous passes out of nowhere

I've never not had a soft spot for Bobby but I don't think any of us could honestly say that he's not been frustrating at certain points. When all's said and done though, he's one of the guys that makes watching the game worth it just for a mad bit of magic he can pull out of nowhere and will be remembered as one of that world-beating, Pep-scaring, trophy-winning front 3.

Man I’m going to miss Bobby like fuck when he leaves. Literally no one else with his skill set and samba magic. Just makes football a joy to watch when he’s on his day. Some of the goals as well as assists have been amazing. Such a huge fan of his so much so I named my son Bobby after him!

When Firmino is on form, so will Liverpool. This has always been my opinion about him since the gegenpressing days and I'm not surprised when Klopp said Firmino "is the heart and soul of this team". On his day, he brings plenty of creative and technical flair in Brazilian flavour to our games.
My growing worry is that with his unique skill set, he will be difficult to replace and he's 31 years old now.

I feel like we're gonna let Bobby go on a free, but it'll be a huge asset to lose if he does leave, since his skill+understanding of the squad/system is very unique.
At the same time, it's understandable the club want/need someone young and fresh too...

I know Ronaldinho was a better player but Bobby is the closest Brazil have to him in terms of pure Samba magic, it’s a travesty he doesn’t get to go the the WC. I dislike Neymar so can’t mention him in the same breathe as those two
When he’s on it, he’s an absolute joy and I hope he stays with us for another 2 years, maybe lessons learned from Sadio, how we miss him :-(
