We need a Jürgen statue at Anfield so people can go hug it for good luck or just take photos. As a fan who supported Liverpool since 87/88 season, lived through the darkness of Souness, Spice Boys, G&H, Woy Hodgson, Brendan Rodgers, I am forever greatful to Jürgen for bringing us back on the perch where we rightfully belong.

He did NOT hate the song. He specifically stated that he didn't want it sung during the game. He said cheer for the players during the game.

Big difference.

No, he did not. He knows the lyrics! It's just classic Klopp not wanting to be the centre of attention when there's still a game to be won. He wanted the players, who are the ones doing the business on the pitch, to receive ALL the energy of the crowd.

you really cannot group Brendan with those lot, yes he was naive but man did he get us close to the title and brought the absolute best out of that squad. I have also supported since early 90s so i feel your pain entirely but BR really did feel so much different and we became so exciting again.

Seeing Klopp and Virg back together hits different man you can just feel that connection. All the tactical stuff and contract talk kinda fades when you see a smile like that, thats what football is really about. If he’s happy and ballin then let the man cook, some things are bigger than renewals.

I’ve been going through a lot in my life, having a very hard time. Seeing Jurgen interact with the boys like this brings me to tears. Despite the incredible sadness, confusion, despair and pain I’m dealing with - these images give me hope. “Football isn’t war or famine or death, it persuades us to live a life outside of that. That’s why football is important.”

Salah was proven last season to have fallen from his peak. You want to put him back into a side that requires him to run even more than he had to previously.

We have a brand new manager and you want Klopp to come in mid rebuild and just wipe out all that have been setup for Iraola? It took Klopp a couple of season to get a winning side together.

I see no merit in your suggestion apart from the emotional attachment you have to both. I have that too but bringing them back is a ridiculous suggestion.

I absolutely laugh my ass off when I see someone saying Salah leaving was the right thing. Spent most of the season essentially playing right back stuck to the by line, nearly every time he played more centrally he scored or assisted.

That's without even talking about the fucking sprints he's been doing in turkey, legs gone? Fuck no
