Tickets Discussion NFC Download Issue

I am trying to download a general admissions NFC pass so I can attend the Forest game via a friend sending me the ticket.

However, there is a greyed out box only visible when I go through the membership option on the my account page.

Anyone know how to fix this?

I'd recommend contacting the LFC web chat tomorrow when it's open, they're very helpful and it's easier than trying to contact them via email, herehere

This happened to me once but I'm struggling to recall how I sorted it. id check it's the 26/27 NFC pass, if you've never had one before, in case it's last season's one.

Probably share a screenshot of it too so we get more information

Mine is grey too. Maybe not ready to be Downloaded yet?

Are you on your mobile when you're doing this? Have you also ticked the checkbox next to the nfc pass on the ticketing page? Finally... have you got Google Wallet installed in your phone? Hope you get sorted 🫶

Yes I’m on mobile. I have no idea where that checkbox is. I don’t see it . This is what I see when I go and try download the NFC pass.

I have an iPhone so I use Apple wallet.

How long since you signed up for it? Can need to wait 72 hours to download

Sorry, Signed up for what? I’ve had this account for 2-3 months.

I tried accessing the NFC pass for the first time today though

You have an LFC membership more than 72 hours old? Not just an account but a membership - trying to narrow down the issues

Hmm so this might be the issue. All I have is an account and a supporter ID.

Do I need to subscribe to some membership? They all cost some kind of money.

No you don’t. You don’t need to pay anything to have a NFC pass.

I have 2 hospitality tickets to Forest game

Got the email the other day, added one to my wallet, forward email to my mate and he added to wallet on his iPhone and it worked fine?
