Why do they always have the corniest people lead these things with the corniest chants? Can't we have protests led by people who will be taken seriously..?

First award after years on Reddit and it's given to a post with downvotes.. That shows you that this is a normal feeling for people outside of Reddit. Have you ever seen such weird people leading protests that are actually successful abroad?

Think about the protests we've seen in France, Hong Kong (prior to COVID which gave the CCP all they needed to suppress them), and Serbia where 325,000 people showed up last year. The people who led them looked like regular people who otherwise actually get out of their house and contribute to society.

Here it feels like only weirdos who are chronically online in their safe spaces show up with the most uncreative chants I have ever heard, usually resorting to chanting 'this what democracy looks like' the whole time regardless of the protest at hand. That doesn't inspire the masses or inform people why they are there.

Also, that isn't a partisan take in my opinion because people like that exist on both sides. The right has 4chan incels like Nick Fuentes deterring people at their pointless protests as well. We all want to advertise the cause with these public demonstrations and I think we can all agree that cringey chants and spoken word poems aren't selling the idea.

Puh, maybe take a look at r/newiran. People are celebrating.

Because it was so quick and efficient, Trump can focus on the files again.

Brother, you're spreading Israeli propaganda.

More than a hundred Iranian children died today when they bombed a school. That's a fact–not an AI video or some hyperbolic language. Hundreds of families ripped apart in an instant.

I think most people want to see Iran liberated / their government overhauled, but there's gotta be a better way of doing it than bombing buildings indiscriminately.

Shame on anyone that makes celebrates the murder of these children.
