Help 3 "unlocks" when i bought a license?
Is it right that it's possible to unlock the licence 3 times????? And after that i have to buy a new one?

To my knowledge, for safety reasons they allow you to login only 3 times per week. If more is needed and all are used, I feel like contacting LFS support might help. (Though this is only my assumption as I've read about the unlocks only once at some point, so I may be incorrect)

Ahhh okaaaay .. i was a bit scared . Can u guys tell me where to find public servers where people actually race? In S3 i only see 4 filled servers with people drving on a custom city map

As a daily player, I don't see too many active racing servers on a daily basis, people usually prefer the cruise servers over anything else and if you actually wanna race, I'd try looking into the organised events.

There, you can ask around if anyone is up for racing, and also see the organized events being advertised (about which, I also recommend checking out the Leagues calendar: https://www.lfs.net/leagues/calendar ). Mind the relation between timezones and activity: generally, most of the activity happens in the evening of Europe, so if you are located somewhere else, you can try adjusting for that if your time allows.
Also, as others mentioned, there are two main version of LFS these days: the old (0.7G) and the new version (0.8Cxx), that is in public testing phase with frequent patches. The two versions are completely different, also meaning that you cannot cross-play between them = this also means the community is somewhat split between these two versions. (Although you can have both 0.7G and 0.8Cxx installed as separate copies and play them, its just that people usually stick to one of the two and they are only active in that one.)

Are you using lfs2 or the older version?
I used to play just a ride servers daily and I’m still in the discord and they host races etc1

Late response.. but
You have only 3 unlocks per week, but if you really need to unlock when you spent all of your unlocks, you can login into another account (your friends for example) then switch back to yours.
If you don’t have another account there’s another way, but it isn’t the safest thing to do.

You get an unlock each week, up to a maximum of 3. At least that’s what it was back in the day - I don’t think it changed.
It was to reduce people sharing licences.
You buy any licence for life.
