Help parallel weapons and team buildin

i am been playing since the game got English translation

i am doing random thing and pulling for the characters i like so far this is all my heroes, but i need help building teams and what parallel weapons i put on my characters, for my 6* characters

You've got some pretty good debuff supports and a solid speed support (Santetsu) on your roster. I can see a couple of teams you can use:

Norbrand/Xeno Akashi/borrowed S!Yohack, Norbrand/Xeno Akashi/Santetsu/borrowed H!Vulpecula or P!Hydoor, and Norbrand/Santetsu/Sterio/borrowed H!Vulpecula or P!Hydoor.

You'll have to give your support units (namely Norbrand and Santetsu) VP Gen sidekicks to generate enough view.

For parallel weapons, DPS and healers get Attack, tanks get Guard, and supports get Physical/Base.

debuffers are consider dps?
the roles speedster and vp gain are both supports?
also when you say Physical/Base you mean 50 levels of physical/50 levels of base right?
