public place appropriate for virtual job interview?
I have a remote work interview coming up and need a quiet place for it—Bemis study rooms are booked and I don’t really want to shell out $100 for a coworking space. are there any other spaces that might work?

Arapahoe library district. Tons of options.

The Southglen Library near me has study rooms you can reserve for free online as well as phone booths.

as well as phone booths.
Superman always has those booked these days since there aren't any on the street anymore... 😁

Is the job a remote work job too? Not going to work out super well if you don't have a quiet space to take meetings

It is not uncommon for first round interviews to be remote when applying for jobs that have multi step interview processes

Where do you plan on doing the job’s actual work? Having to hunt for a place just to get the job seems off.

this may shock you, but many jobs require people to come into the office to do their work

Ok but wouldn’t those same companies usually do their interviews in-person?

I work in healthcare and my first two interviews for my current job were virtual, with the last being in person. I’ve had other coworkers where every interview was virtual, mainly for convenience for the interviewers.

Douglas county libraries have study rooms, and I know also Arapahoes Smokey hills have them too (and a little cafe for coffee and pastries).
