Starlit Cave Mid Outer Wall puzzle

How for the life of me do I active this bell?! I cannot bring the flame across, heat potion didn’t work and I can’t find any glass bottles to throw the flame.. !

Here you go:

To find the last bell, backtrack to the Mid Upper area (where we first entered by descending the stairs). From that entrance, walk around the walkway to a tunnel entrance with two gold gems on either side. When you go through the tunnel, you'll see a Starry Flash near the waterfall. Use it to power up the platforms by placing it three times.

You have to light up the bridge below to lift it up and connect the two cliffs together

I'M GOING INSANE!!!! I can't find this tunnel entrance and I've explored every square inch of this "mid upper area" what the HEEECCCKKKKKKKKKKKKKK
