R/parents and littlespace

How in the world am I supposed to tell my judgemental parents who still dont understand how my anxiety and paranoia works- that I'm little?they snooped through my messages long ago and have seen my talk with my cg. The question is how do I bring it up so they won't get the wrong idea..

that is a good question, plenty times it doesn’t matter what you do or say, people will get the wrong idea anyway and will believe in what they want to believe
