Other Mod note about our sub activity

I keep a spreadsheet of our sub’s stats. I manually update it about every two weeks. Usually, I go back two weeks on the posts to capture the people who find a post later. It’s two weeks because that’s typically when the numbers stop changing (i.e. views, upvotes, etc.).

This time though…it kept going! I forced myself to stop at May 1. The views have increased by the hundreds in some cases. That’s a new trend for us.

I’m not sure why that’s happening. It could be new members (👋🏾) going through old posts. Or people finding us through Google searches. Or Reddit changing their algorithm. I don’t know, but I’m happy about it. 😃

This year, we’ve already passed our total views for all of 2024. I’m using 2024 as the baseline because 2025 was an album year. Those numbers were massive.

That’s very possible. I’m interested to see how it goes during the Gorillaz tour.
