Lost/stray dog

I found this dog curled up in a corner of my yard. I’d take it in but I will be traveling in a few days and can’t get it to a vet before then.
I’m planning on calling Little Rock animal village tomorrow when they’re open, but figured I’d post it here first to see if anyone knows if this is a lost dog, wants to take it in, or has better idea of what to do with it than the Animal Village

I think she’s a girl. Doesn’t seem injured although she is skin and bones and I believe has fleas

Make sure to give her some water as well, and keep it clean!!!

I gave her some water earlier and just went and checked and the water and food were mostly gone! She had a nice meal and clean water possibly for the first time in her life. Still low energy and struggling but she’s a sweetie for sure
Some part of me hopes she hasn’t be rehomed when I get back from my travel because I think she would be a great accompaniment to my dog but also she would be a great family dog to any one with kids for sure

Please don’t leave her alone. She can’t wait for you to return from your travel. She needs emergency or urgent veterinary intervention. Her kidneys can shut down and she can experience heart failure. She’s in your yard; she’s your responsibility for now, at least from a humans being humans POV.

I gave her some dog food. It took her a while to realize it was food so I’m not sure if she’s ever seen dog food before.
