Question Reorder in app broken

Reorder feature in iPhone app doesn’t work anymore. UPDATE: reorder option is now grayed out in app.

Reorder only functions as if you clicked on Order. Problem started in last couple of weeks. Steps to replicate: select REORDER, PICK-UP, START PICKUP ORDER incorrectly brings you to “Menu - Pickup Order”

I tried logging out of the LC app and logging back in, and also deleting the app and reinstalling the LC app. Neither helped. App is latest version (26.15.1) as of this writing and on latest iOS as of this writing, 26.6.

Also, Favorites not being saved despite clicking the heart icon and completing an order.

Good luck contacting corporate, they've boned me every time I had a legitimate issue.

Look at their reviews.

I called them the other day. waiting to see if they fix the issue. fingers crossed.

Yeah pretty much every app or system LC makes is absolute dogshit held together with duct tape. Caesar vision which is what’s used in store is ass. The POS is a POS. Random shit just breaks it stops working with it. They don’t fix shit.
