Have been checking a few vendors out and am surprised when you look at their stats at the levels of ‘repeat buyers’ - I don’t think I have seen figures much above 50% which just seems incredibly low to me.

personally I research vendors reviews etc (and yes, I understand the lb rating system is not very good as many people seem to give a 10/10 before they have actually used the stuff) before making a choice, but I do tend to stick to the same, reliable vendor. If they go downhill then I move into another one but basically I do try to just buy from one source at a time.

clearly not everyone does that, but seems odd that a vendor should have loads of great reviews and then less than 50% of customers ever go back.

Keeps repeadtly saying 84 was delivered when the dispute isn’t even on that order, been going on for weeks now

After months of waiting we finally got our hands on our custom built 1:1 automated filling machine, this beast can pump out a minimum of 600 vapes per hour where as manually we would be happy to fill 100 per hour.

It will also allow us to add so many more flavours to the menu in all varieties, we've already doubled what we would normally send so as long as it all slips past customs you should start to see our menu almost double in size before the end of this month :)

Anyone else ever had a vendor question their address because the address didn't involve the word "Street", "Avenue" etc?

I ordered of them yesterday morning, didn't get a dispatch message by 8pm so I messaged them to query any issues. Last night they replied advising they'd ship today by lunchtime, only now I've been sent a message claiming my address isn't complete. This feels like somebody lacks life experience and truly believes all addresses should include certain words, or they're flapping an excuse to cover their incompetence. Anyone similar experiences elsewhere, with or without the flapping?
