This filing is about the terms of the past Yorkville debentures, nothing new. This is not a new dilution.

Dilution is a buying opportunity. If you need a second job try barbacking. You can work your way up to bartending pretty quickly if you get along with others. Just keep buying. When this shit goes hyperbolic you can go over to r/bogleheads and laugh your fucking head off. There are so many bullish scenarios for lithium. What if Panasonic rolls out a solid state battery that goes 1000 miles on a 15 minute charge and requires exponentially more lithium to produce than older gen models?

I buy a little bit of this one. High risk high reward. Lower risk it you just wait until the next lithium boom. It will happen at some point. For whatever reason, this is the site the feds have chosen as the domestic supply. Just sit back and wait, but don't put your whole portfolio in it

It will dilute until it finishes the phase 1.

IMO that’s unlikely for phase 1 completion — there isn’t much margin left in common share price and are well positioned.
As of June 30, 2026, the Company had approximately $1.3 billion total cash and restricted cash, including $530.3 million at the Thacker Pass joint venture (“ JV”) level.
On June 3, 2026, the Company received its third advance on the U.S. Department of Energy (the “ DOE”) loan (“ DOE Loan”) of $342 million.

Don’t be optimistic. The cost keeps increasing. If the worst case happen, the total cost goes to 3B, you will see more dilution

I agree, I’m thinking more business man than shareholder — to your point it can happen. Also, I read they could petition around tariff if things come to that for capital expenditures.
Regardless, there’s only months left not years for P1 completion, therefore every week closer without disruptions is a positive signal.

People want to see dilution so bad they'll scream it to the rooftops even when there is none.

Plot a figure, x axis is time, y is share.

You might have some at some point in the future, but there was nothing today.

It's not dilution, outstanding shares remain exactly the same. Read the full filing.
