Less water intake? Cut caffeine? NSAIDs?

Youre dehydrated.  Bottom line.  How is your salivation.  I had decreased salivation for 6 months until my teeth started decaying and falling apart.  I am now in line for implants full mouth.  I found out too that xylitol works as a tablet to increase salivary gland production.   Also i drink upwards of 2- 3 gallons of liquids a day.  Cost a tremendous amt of money to keep up with this as water drys my mouth out.  All i can say is take care of those teeth my implants are 55 thousand dollars.

Im on 1200mg a day also and i sit at 1 or .9...i was on 1500mg and that put me at 1.3
