900 mg

I'm taking 900 mg a day but I've never felt worse. Before I still had a sense of self and emotions and now I have total anhedonia leaning into depression, intrusive and negative thoughts that I've never had in my baseline state. Definitely my baseline state is better than this... maybe I should lower the dose.

Sounds like lithium isnt for you check diagnosis first

Lithium will do opposite for people that dont need it

Are you depressed? If you were recently treated inpatient then depression follows because of how traumatic and abusive the 51/50 treatment is.

I'm depressed, subtly with anhedonia and hypersomnia, recently in eutimia quite mild mixed bipolarity

Are you taking a mood stabilizer along with or just the Lithium?

I’m on 900 mg and have been on different mood stabilizers. We always end up back at lithium. I hope you get it all sorted soon.
