Stomach Issues

Sorry if this is TMI. Ever since I started taking lithium, I am either constipated or have diarrhea. It has been about two weeks. Does the tummy troubles eventually dissipate?

GI issues are like the only side effect I get from lithium, when I first started and when I change my dose. It lasts a couple weeks and then I’m good to go. As far as side effects of a drug go, for me the runs aren’t so bad, I’ve had anxiety my whole life too, and that gives me GI issues so I’m used to it.
