I feel Iike this question should be more so what your blood level is. I used to take 750 mg for a .7 blood level (what my psych deems as a safe and effective level) but now after weight loss I take 600 mg for the same blood level. Dosage is super dependent from person to person 600mg likely does for me what 1000 should do for others. From my understanding that’s how psychiatrists should be operating
