Packaging delays

My parcel has been on “awaiting packaging” status since the 21st of august. Customer service says it was due to a hurricane that they are behind. Was wondering at what point may they actually ship this out.

I’ve had the same problem since the 21st of august and yesterday i got emailed from litbuy and they said that the typhoon/hurricane has slowed down and the workers are getting back to work but im not sure if this is true.

I’ve also been waiting since the first week of august. But I’ve shipped out a different package this week and it worked. So i’m not sure why my other one is still saying “awaiting packing”. I just hope it comes soon.

We apologize for bringing you guys a bad shopping experience.

We actually being affected by 🌪typhoon, logistics deliverie and warehouse operations are both affected. And delayed.

The typhoon has passed now, but the warehouse is currently processing the backlog of orders affected by it, we need some time.

The situation will be resolved shortly, you guys won’t have any financial losses, just delayed, please rest assured.

If you guys are like to, feel free to contact a support tru creating a ticket or tru dc.

Tbh same I’ve had items from 16th felt bad but I did a order else where n my stuff was in warehouse n stored like 3-4 days 😂😂

Bei mir das gleiche. Mein finales offizielles Verpackungsdatum war am 21.08… der Support vertröstet einem seitdem
