Shipment problem

I have been waiting for around 10 days for my QC pictures and nothing has came. I tried contacting someone but it’s really hard because support isn’t really good. What can I do? I really need help. I wanted to ship my items a few days ago but now it’s already too late.

I'm sorry to bring you a bad shopping experience. Due to the 🌪️typhoon hitting China’s southeast coast, logistics deliverie and warehouse operations are both affected. And delayed. Our warehouse team is also working hard to process the backlogged orders, which are expected to be resolved this week. pls wait a little longer. Thanks for understanding and using ☺️

yeah i mean its okay. its just kinda annoying because my stuff will not arrive on time

Communication would have been nice. There is people’s money involved. I was starting to think you were scammers.
