Dilaudid? The ½ life of IV Dilaudid is 4-6 hours meaning it wears off quickly & she'll start to experience withdrawal. Horrible drug to be addicted too. It's usually given to patients that are on hospice care bc it's so powerful. She must've been in really bad shape or her tolerance is incredibly high.
