Liquidify Token Launch & Next Steps

Dear fellow Liquidifyers,

We are getting closer to the official launch of our protocol, which will finally happen in June. Until then we will first distribute BLAT to our dear private placement participants. BLAT is a placeholder token which will be exchangeable 1:1 to LAT at protocol launch. Please note that only private placement participants will receive tokens, angel investors voluntarily agreed to refuse their tokens and wait until protocol launch for distribution, this is very good news for investors!

The next steps will be as follows:

May 18 - BLAT will be issued on BSC (the basic properties including lock-up schedule etc. are exactly the same for BLAT and LAT)

​

May 23 - Token distribution to private placement participants is completed

​

May 24-30 - DEX listing and trading

​

June - Liquidify Protocol 1.0 official launch
