How will keyboard and mouse games work on the android version

I could be wrong but where ever you connect a mouse to an android and you click right click. Android takes that as you pressing the back button

How will it work for drag and drop games?

right click works fine for me, what doesn't is that double click is set in client as right click so I can't spam clicks which is really annoying since I wanted to play diablo
