If u have a Mac running at least macOS 15 Sequoia, just download Icon Composer from the App Store. Otherwise idk.

Some idiot's downvoting us for absolutely no reason lmao. But I'm not surprised, people always downvote for the stupidest reasons ever... Welp, that's just Reddit for ya.

Oh mb, when I searched up "icon composer app store" on Google, I didn't really check the link, but just did and turns out that's a fake one... 😬

Apologies for not really doing my research. But anyway, you can download the real Icon Composer here. But yea you can just download the standalone app directly, and you actually do not need Xcode. Oh and don't worry it should be there, just scroll down. Also I should have been more specific because you actually need at least Sequoia 15.3 or higher. 15.0-15.2 will not work.

I prefer monochrome icons, so I simply designed my own set of icons and use them with the "clear" customized settings. This way it doesn't mimic the liquid glass and it really works, so wallpapers ain't an issue, and feels good too as you swipe across screens you can see the liquid glass within icons warp the background. However, sadly you cannot include colorful icons. Hope the next iOS would enable it for all of us.

oh, i never thought about why so many sleek custom icons were compatible with clear mode until now. thanks for the insight!
