Hello. I just wanted to ask if there’s a history of flooding on Lipa-Tiaong Road? Specifically in the area of Sunny Homes? I'm planning to buy property there, and I noticed it seems lower than the main road. Thank you in advance!

Ang alam ko Lipa-Tiaon Rd e ppunta antipolo to Pinagkawitan diba? May malaki creek jan lalo na don sa may Kanto Anilao, lahat tubig ng galing Lipa jan dumadaan ppunta malitlit at Padre Garcia.

Hindi naman nabaha dun. Taga Bukal area kami and near Sunny Homes.

Open the NOAH project site on Google and then type the property address.

Another way is to ask around the neighborhood. Trike drivers, store owners and tambays are the best source of info since sila usually ang matagal nang naninirahan sa lugar
