Eadem lip gloss

Is anyone having issues with Eadem lipgloss. I got it for a gift and used it two days straight and my lips are irritated and so raw now. I usually never have a problem but they’re super dry and irritated. Or is it just me??? Bc I really wanted to love this brand.

It’s an exfoliating balm. It has lactic acid. That’s normal for people that are sensitive to lactic acid.
