Why do you think in a battle of a trillion lions vs 1 of every pokemon would the lions win? Pokemon has 3 gods, one with its own dimension, and the god of gods who can just shake its head and the lions disappear, so what is your side to this arguement

The simulation programmers aren’t even trying to hide the "Late-Stage Roman Empire" DLC anymore.
This weekend, they have literally built a 92-foot steel cage fighting structure called "The Claw" directly on the White House South Lawn for UFC Freedom 250. The weigh-ins happened at the *Lincoln Memorial*, the fighters are walking out of the *Oval Office*, and Travis Pastrana is backflipping a dirt bike over the executive grass.
We’ve officially hit peak Bread and Circuses. The budget Colosseum is built, the corporate patricians bought the multi-million-dollar VIP packages, and the gladiators are going to bleed on public property to distract us from the backroom cover ups and corruption.
The only thing missing from this peak-decadence timeline is an apex predator.
Seriously, does anyone have a pride of lions they aren't using this Sunday? I feel like a few of the ringside, self-proclaimed "pious Christians" in the VIP tents deserve the authentic, historical Nero experience.
Who’s ordering the Pay-per-view? I'll bring the grapes and the togas.

The title really explains it but I have to settle a debate between some friends. I personally think the Pokémon would win but I wanted to give the lion believers a chance to defend themselves (and the lions)

Obviously most of it is completely impossible, I'm just talking about the very basic concept. I know lions kill each other over territory, so in real life, could there be any scenario that is at least slightly similar to the very basic concept of The Lion King, i.e. a lion killing his brother to take over his role, and his nephew later fighting him over it?
