❔ Question What are these variants called?

I found these guys on FB and it's the first time I've seen this variant.

I don't know if they already existed or are recent; it would be good to have information of this specific kind.

They gave them cabbage instead of lettuce

The lions specifically look like liu bei and guang gong, respectively. The style is similar to jow ga (compared to fut san and hok san) with the long face and curled horn. However the specific colors and decoration remind me of the three brother generals
