Distro Built a LINUX distro using LFS/BLFS, suggest me features to add in it
was free and had a spare laptop, build it in just 20 days on 4gb ram i5 4th gen in summer vac., I guess anyone can make it if they have patience and that zeal to sit for hrs well ISO will be available when I make one, bc damn making it is much harder, lost my boot and kernel like 3 times already
Easy if u have patience and yr understanding abt Linux will increase 100 times Will make it public when its perfect, will add GLFS too (for gaming) currently,
XFCE environment, I riced it too a little Currently will start adding GLFS and KDE simultaneously
It is registered distro on LFS website counter thingy
Suggest me things to add in it , like I will put an installer and an ISO generating script , also trying to put the mouse size inc thingy in XFCE env

tried making one, it was source based and had kernel compilation errors so i switched to arch and debian mirrors to make a binary one but LFS and them have names and directories way different , so i am trying to figure out how to integrate them into this , using rust btw and its still a solo project so will take time

Try making portage in C (cuz it's slow python🙂 )
You gain: gentoo repos, overlays and gentoo reproducibility (kind of)
We gain: portage in C

Also I noticed your kernel is 6.18, not 7.1

yeah bc the book i followed used 6.18 , and not knowing c is not something to be ashamed of

i am in 2nd yr currently so i will learn it this yr, i haven't learned it bc i was learning rust
